Crossing the 60% Mark: Building a Fair, Transparent, and Collective Future

We are thrilled to announce a major milestone in our journey: we have officially surpassed 60% of our plan to establish a new fair, transparent, reliable, and collective governance framework.

The New Administration was founded on a simple yet radical principle: governance should belong to the people who build and participate in it. Our system is open to anyone competent and ready to take the lead. Today, we aren't just presenting a vision—we are presenting a fully functional, rapidly expanding ecosystem.

Here is a look at what we’ve built, what’s coming next, and how our community is thriving.

1. Governance: Built for the People, by the People

True collective authority requires robust, adaptable systems. We have moved quickly from theory to execution:

What Is Already Live:

  • The Congress: An elected body which actively makes binding governance decisions.
  • The Chancellery: The operational engine running day-to-day administration, executing policy, and keeping processes seamless.
  • Public Referendums: Direct democracy in action—any member can propose anything, and the entire community has the power to vote.

What Is on the Horizon:

  • Liquid Democracy Trial: We are preparing to test a liquid democracy model as a secondary decision-making body that will run alongside Congress within the unified governance system.
  • Community-Driven Constitution: A foundational document created by community input. The final draft is being reconciled tomorrow! Please join the debate through app.liberland.io > Community > Events
  • Community-Driven Basic Laws: Codifying clear, accessible laws directly shaped by community feedback.

2. Already Operational Essential Government Services

A real administration provides real utility. The New Administration is already delivering essential civil and administrative services to its members:

  • E-Residency & Citizenship Titles: Formal issuance of title certificates and identities.

  • Real Estate & Cadastral Registry: An official system to log and manage property ownership.

  • Legal Entity Registry: Clear registration frameworks for businesses and organizations.

  • Family & Personal Services:

  • Child Guardianship: Official recognition of legal guardianship, ensuring children exist officially within our community framework.

  • Marriage Certification: Formal registration and certification of unions.

  • Wills & Inheritance: Official registry for listing heirs.

  • Dispute Resolution: A dependable system for resolving conflicts fairly.

  • Inquiries: A dependable system for handling public inquiries.

  • Fair Reward System: Transparent mechanisms rewarding contributions, participation, initiatives, and donations.

3. Community Platform & Financial Transparency

A government should serve its people with total open-book clarity. We’ve built a suite of tools to keep the community connected, secure, and informed:

  • End-to-End Real Estate Transactions: Complete end-to-end security for property deals—from initial offer to payment escrow and official title transfer.
  • 100% Financial Transparency: Complete visibility into government finances, presented in clear double-entry bookkeeping reports. You always know where funds go.
  • Interactive Community Hub: Features an integrated referral system with commissions, an event registry, community discussion boards, live statistics, and news/blog updates.
  • Weekly Open Meetings: Progress updates held online every week, offering an open floor for any community member to voice thoughts, present ideas, and join discussions.

4. Expanding Our Footprint: Diplomacy and Global Meetups

Our progress isn't confined to digital platforms—the New Administration is making real-world impact.

  • Diplomatic Engagement: We have established an active, ongoing diplomatic dialogue within the Croatian parliament, advancing our recognized presence on the international stage.
  • Global Community Meetups: Beyond digital channels, we actively incentivize in-person meetups worldwide. These gatherings are already taking place regularly, transforming our online network into vibrant, real-world local communities.

The Path Forward

Passing the 60% roadmap mark is a testament to what a dedicated, competent community can achieve. We are building an alternative that works—one step at a time.

Whether you want to contribute skills, build a business, participate in governance, or attend a local meetup, the door is open.

The future of governance is collective—and it's happening right now.
