The Chancellery

How the Chancellery executes Congress-established policies and processes and runs the administration day to day.

The Chancellery is the body that carries out the policies and processes established by Congress. It runs Liberterra's government and administration in practice, handling the day-to-day work needed to keep those established processes operating.

The Chancellor leads the Chancellery and is elected by Congress members. The Chancellor appoints the staff needed for the Chancellery's work, based on the government's operations and the demands they create.

The Chancellery can include clerks, secretaries, ministers, and managers. These roles administer and carry out established policies and processes; they do not replace Congress as the body that makes binding public decisions.

A Chancellery member may also serve as a Congress member. The Chancellor, however, cannot serve as a Congress member at the same time.
