Introduction

An overview of how Liberterra thinks about jurisdiction, territory, settlement, and long-term territorial options.

This module explains how Liberterra relates to land, jurisdiction, and the practical question of where the community can live under its own principles. It covers the difference between a nation and a territory, Liberland's historic claim to Gornja Siga, and the alternative paths the community is exploring.

The central idea is that a nation is not only a map claim. It is also a community, a jurisdiction, and a developing system of public rules and services that people can choose to adopt. Territory matters, but it is not the only thing that defines the nation.
